Not many of you know me, and a few of you may remember me from the "good ol' days" at the MH Forum, but I've been around, lurking for the past few years.
After becoming quite the fitness enthusiast over the past few years, I sort of fell away from this great "life" that I once had as an athlete, and avid strenth trainer.
The usual things pulled me away: Having a child, starting a new job, etc....and I never got back on track.
Until now. I bought NROL a few months ago, and puttered through the Break-In program and FLI. But the past 2 weeks, armed with my nutritional knowledge, and the latest "greatest workout I've ever done" (FLIII), I'm loving life again.
Just wanted to be able to express my enthusiasm somewhere (my wife doesn't seem to care when I tell her in detail about the awesome workout I had), and this seemed the place.
It's good to be back....and on my way to single digit bodyfat again (Damn, I miss that the most!)
Welcome back Fayman! I remember you from MH for sure.
I can see where you'd get fired up about FLIII - it looks like a bear. I just bought NROL a few weeks ago and am in my second week of H-1. Definitely looks like some serious workouts to look forward to.
Steve, I read your post regarding your injury. Damn man, I should be saying welcome back to you!! It sounds like the past year or so has been a bear to deal with.
Best of luck gettin' back into the swing of things!
hah yeah its been a bitch, but i started lifting again a bit ago, did the break in of the book for my rehab hahah, i got back to work and its been feeling pretty good in the gym the past few days with a bit heavier weights. Still gets a bit sore at times but compared to 3 weeks ago it feels like heaven.

It's great to see you are back in the mode. I am currently doing the Break-In Phase and will move to FLI. Like you, I have been off and on with my training. I am very excited about getting back in the swing of things.

Mike,
Great to have you posting again. You had to come back. Lifting is like a narcotic. It's so good, I am surprised the government doesn't tax it, yet.
By the way FLIII does kick serious ass.

Great to hear from both of you. Right now it's 7:30, and I'm trying to convince my 2-yo to follow me into the basement to "watch Dada lift."
John,
Yeah, I had to get crazy again. I don't know how many times I pulled through some fast food place, grabbed something for the kids and thought, "I know better than this."
It's crazy how you find ways to justify it to yourself. But enough is enough!!
