Default probably a dumb question. Supersets

Alright the supersets in this book, are these like conventional supersets where you go from one exercise to the next without rest, then rest afterwords, or like alternating sets where i do one exercise then rest, then back to the next, then rest?

Part j of supersets question... (Lou don't bang your head against the wall, some of us - me - need things step by step by step...) My question is in the Break-in workouts where we alternate legs or arms. I'm not too familiar with the set/reps/alternating as I'm self educated in lifting and other than form (I've looked at many pictures and videos to be sure that is at least correct) not confident I've ever learned the proper way to do these things.

Should it look like this?

static lunge left - rest 60
static lunge right - rest 60
2-point dumbbell row left - rest 60
2-point dumbbell row right - full rest

or

static Lunge left - rest 60
2-point dumbbell row left - rest 60
static lunge right - rest 60
2-point dumbbell row right - full rest

Or some variation I haven't thought of yet?

Thanks!

I don't have the book in front of me, but I think 60 seconds IS a "full rest" for break-in.

That said, I think the answer is:

static lunge left (no rest)
static lunge right (now you've completed a full set, take a rest)
2-point dumbell row left (no rest)
2-point dumbell row right (now you've completed a full set, take a rest)

then repeat.

static lunge left
static lunge right
rest 60
2 point db row left
2 point db row right

full rest is for between supersets. You take enough time to recover in able to complete the next superset.

Guess I'll be dropping some of the weight on those lunges so I can actually complete each side before resting. I barely made it through each side with a rest in between. On the plus side I did increase the weights on the 2 point rows and am a little sore this morning unlike my first time with the workout! Thanks for the clearing it up.
