I kickbox 2 - 3 times per week and in addition to break-in, have done fatloss II and III and am 2/3 of the way through Hypertrophy I. I don't have any problems with energy level, etc., although I always tried to stagger weight lifting kickboxing (my kicks were terrible if I'd lifted earlier). The only problem I've found is it's difficult to eat enough at this point. I finally bought one of those calorie counting books to keep track of things. Since I lost 25 lbs. prior to starting Hypertrophy I, people who know me assume I'm looking at the book to cut back on calories, but it's really the opposite. I try to eat 3,500 calories a day and it's still probably not quite enough.
