Default Tpushup - I give up, Lou!

Lou, no matter what, I can't seem to execute one-arm db t-pushup as the first set of photos for on page 187 indicate:

1. Start position - left hand flat on ground, right hand gripping dumbbell
2. Extend both arms
3. Rotate body till RH with DB in air...but...in photo 3, a dumbbell magically appears in the left hand.

Man, I've been trying, and trying and I just can't get that DB to appear!! Is it a nutrition thing?

HA!

Holy shit I never noticed that!

They are even harder if you start with your left hand a few inches above the floor where the dumbbell should be.

I'm humbled. No excuses. Everyone who looked at the book missed that mistake.

I've got a long list of things to fix for the paperback release, which is probably around Jan. '08. This was a weird project that way. We fixed a lot of things in the frantic weeks before publication, but we clearly missed a lot of problems, and in some cases created new problems with the fixes.

The book is selling fine, and they'll reprint a few thousand copies here and there to keep it stocked. But sales aren't strong enough to warrant major changes before then.

Just had to tease you a little, Lou. I think you should keep the photo as is and let people think the model is just that good...

The model was amazing -- a former high-level gymnast. Not only did he have the required physique, he was appropriately strong (some of these guys diet down so much that they're much weaker than they look), and he was a good sport about the whole thing.

He strikes me as a guy who's a genetically gifted athlete who stays in shape because he loves working out. You can really tell in these shoots who works out because he wants to and who does it because he has to.
