If three sets of 15 reps in each workout isn't challenging your ab muscles, some simple adjustments should do the trick.
Also, remember that every exercise is an ab exercise. Some, like crunches, work abs from the outside in. But Alwyn believes every exercise should work abs from the inside out. No matter what you do, you should be bracing your abs to form a protective belt for your spine.
Remember: Loose abs slip disks. Stay tight!
