Default Complemeting fat loss 1

Hi
I am doing Fat Loss I and typically go on this schedule:

Friday - Workout A
Saturday - Workout B
Sunday - cardio or off
Monday - cardio or off
Tuesday - workout A
Wednesday - workout B
Thursday - cardio or off

Sometimes on lifting days I will do 20 min of cardio, after the weights.

My question is, if i wanted to add something extra like more upper body work (pushups, assisted pullups, etc.) how could this fit in, on what days...or is it a bad idea at all.
And when would a more intense core/ab workout be best scheduled? I like to work abs and 3 sets of crunches on day 1 (Wkout A) just isn't "enough" to me.

Cheers

I wouldn't change anything. Otherwise how would you know if the program works.

If the crunches aren't enough, how about weighting them? I started weighting the crunches on my second week of Break-In, and I'm definitely feeling the results. :-)

Oh trust me, I do weight them - 25 lbs if held in front, or less if overhead. Trust me, I am the reigning Ab Exercise Queen but have very little ab definition. lean as hell and genetically cursed. My form is good - many people who know their stuff have told me so.
I have done just about any ab exercise out there, for a loooong time. Strength improves but visually very little happens. I just suck.
I have strong, FLAT, boring sad invisible abs with no fat on top.

BOOOOO
