Default About to buy NROL - question re logs

Hi guys, I'm about to buy this book - do the workouts come with a training log CD or something I can print? I guess it's also easy enough to simply make Xerox copies too - what are most people using for logs?

Thanks in advance.

I've got break-in, Fat Loss II and III, and Hypertrophy I as Word documents. You're welcome to them if you want. The only problem is I put 3 or 4 workouts fit on a page. My printer's ink isn't waterproof, and I don't think I've ever made it past the second work out without my sweat smudging the page quite badly.

Why not print them off and then go to a copy place and photo copy a few sheets? Probably save you money in ink

That's a good idea. I also realized that since I don't hold the copyright to the book I'd need permission to distribute them. I'd hate for Lou or Alwyn to get pissed off and kick my ass.

In another thread someone posted an Excel spreadsheet. Lou was fine with that. I made some minor changes - e.g. adding a place to put workout dates. Here it is.

There is a blank log in the book that can be copied.

I have complete Excel Logs for Break-In, Fat Loss 1, 2, 3, and Strength 1 & 2. As long as you have purchased the book, I can get them to you, but I won't post them.

I have the book coming from Barnes&Noble, and if the logs look usable, I'll simply copy them from the book and use those.

Thanks everyone.
