Default A thank you to Lou and the big A

I want to thank you both for writing this book. I have made my father promise me he will buy it and read it cover to cover. You both have done the fitness world a such great thing and I wish you both the best of luck on continued sales.

Hey, Lou, I've got to chime in and say that it is an outstanding book, both content and writing.

Yes, thank you to you and Alwyn.

Great book...my table doesn't wobble anymore!

Only kidding...I have to echo the other comments. It is one that bears a reread, especially as the programs progress.

Thanks guys. Hope all is well.

Just finished Strength I and I have to say it does what it promises. I go back and read chapters over and over with each workout. It never gets stale. And the personal touch that Lou and Alwyn bring to the program here at JPs is simply first class.
