Default Choosing the next starting weights?

I finish breakin this week.

My squat volume/load went from 25/2000 to 30/2400, with my deadlift load remaining steady at 2400 as I increased the volume from 20 to 30 (obviously dropping the weight to the "no failure" point.) That's the best progress I've seen, so Yea Lou and Alwyn for all the pain . er . .a great workout, yeah, that's the ticket.

Based on how things have been going, I'm planning to up my squat by 10 this week (to 90) and leave the deadlift the same at 80, concentrating on doing the movement better.

I'm looking at Fat Loss I, which will raise my volume from 30 to 45 on the "big movements." I'm thinking then I'll need to drop the weight, just wondering how much.

Any guidelines for increasing volume like this?

Just think: Back when I was doing small sets, I was wondering what I was gonna do when the mini-weights at the work gym got too small for me. Lou and Alwyn just added at LEAST six months to the usefulness of that gym.

I know how you feel, the program is amazing. I just finished the Break-In Workout yesterday and I can’t wait for Fat Loss II next Monday.
