Default Full rest definition - one last time

The supersets are clear but full rest still not Lets take an example from Hypertrophy I

Inc. Press 15 reps - rest 30 secs -Cable Row 15 reps - FULL REST then repeat. What is the definition of FULL REST after the cable row - is it 30 sec. or until full recovery. If full recovery, is there any indicator - heart rate, a time relative to between exercises rest, etc..?

I assumed the full rest was for between supersets (after all sets were done before moving to the next lot of exercises).

Full recovery for me is about 3 minutes. Not sure of any good indicators. Heart rate will drop during rest but depends on your fitness levels as to how much.

Thanks Josh. Actually I meant the rest after the first pair of exercises (db. press A and row A) sets A1 and B1 - getting ready to for the next set of the same exercises (A2 and B2). If I understand correcty, if the rest between A1 and B1 is 30 seconds the rest before starting A2 and B2 is also 30 seconds.

Wait til you start with the Strenght Phases and there is 180 sec full rest between Supersets. In a busy gym this does't go over well at all!

I think you need to lift some heavier weights. No-one says shit when I squat 120kg (264lb). I often kick people out of the squat rack for curling when i want the rack. They don't say much. You need to instill the fear of god.

I am half way through Hypertrophy I and it is already getting very tough. Trying to increase the loads everyweek as long as I am able - hit the max now.
