Default Home gym alternatives

I finished the book tonight, and will most likely be starting the break in program tomorrow.

I have a few questions though regarding the exercises. As I'm doing this at home, I don't have cable machines and so on, so If you guys could provide some alternatives to exercises from the book, that would be awesome! (hopefully hear from Lou as well hehe)

Lat pulldown ( I have a chin up bar, and can do pullups, but not for 15 reps... is that ok?)
Cable seated row (bent-over barbell row?)

I think I'll build a squat rack pretty soon as well, anyone have any cheap/easy plans to make them??

Thanks,

e.

The substitute exercises you listed are fine. If you can't do 15 wide grip pullups do as many as you can then either do negatives for the remaining ones or take a couple second rest before finishing them up. Either way will get you to the 15 rep mark.
