Default Snacks?

Guy 2-1/2 here, wondering what to snack on.

Experience tells me not to get hungry. Don't know nothin' 'bout You, but when I get hungry, I eat stupid: Chips in the single-serving pound bag, for example.

I've been snacking on unsalted nuts, but too many nuts can cause me digestion troubles. Don't know nothin' 'bout you...

I feel best when I eat lean meat and fish with lotsa green leafy stuff, moderating low glycemic root veggies and fruits. Too high a carb percentage leaves me feeling like crap

What sorts of things (besides nuts) will keep at room temperature and digest SLOW so I'm not tempted to eat more of 'em than I should.

I'm currently on break-in, starting fat-loss I in a couple weeks.

Thanks

Charles

Tuna and spinich on whole grain bread.
Fruit.
Almonds.
Protein shake (if access to cold water).

You may need to eat more often. Every 2-3 hours in fact. Just make sure your calories don't get too high.
