Default NROL...on the road again

I have been doing the New Rules program and am just about to start Hypertrophy1. The book suggests a minimum of 2 workouts per week. (I have been doing mostly 4).Now I have to be on the road from Monday to Friday for the next 12 weeks or so and am wondering what I should do. I can get 2 workouts in every weekend for certain, but thru the week I will be nowhere near a gym so I was wondering if doing Alwyn's bodyweight workout would be a good substitute for a workout or 2 thru the week.Or should I just do one program or the other?
any opinions would be helpful as I have had very good success with NROL and really would like to keep the forward momentum going.(30 lb gone and muscle gained + diabetes has never been better)

I wasn't going to post in case Lou had a better plan but since no-one else has said anything i'll put my 2cents in.

If i were you i'd do two workouts over the weekend and while your away do Alwyn's bodyweight rountines.

Sorry I didn't jump in on this earlier. I think Josh is right -- do the Hypertrophy workouts on the weekends, and do calisthenics (such as Alwyn's body-weight workouts) during the week.

Make sure you include warm-up routines that allow you to maintain a high range of motion, and don't pass up a chance to walk or do anything else that's active and might burn a few calories.

In other words, you've had great success so far. Do whatever you can to keep your metabolism revving and keep yourself feeling strong and fit.

BFG, Josh, Lou

Thanks for the input. I have Alwyn's DVD enroute so I will go with the suggestions.I am really pleased with what progress I have managed so far and I don't want to slacken off so I was needing the direction.

Lou again thanks to you and Alwyn for doing this.New Rules is a great book on its own but having the authors around answering questions is like "Getting your money refunded!"
