So....
Goals are important to what we do.
I lack these goals right now. I eat decently and workout ok, but not great. I do it because it supports my life and I have some body goals but nothing concrete.
So why am I posting this here?

I am strongly considering this event in May. It will give me a goal to work towards.
Running is most likely my weakest link.
So in support of this goal, does anyone have an excellent training routine for a beginner guy? I have seen
