Multi-Sport Racing Triathalons and Adventure Racing have been sweeping the nation at a phenomenal rate. Multi-Sport Racing is one of the few sports where just completing a race is often considered a victory. Learn all about this sport, post photos, meet potential teammates or brag about your performance in a race.

Question

Since this board has been so dead the last couple of days, I figured this is a good time to get a survey in.
We are in the process of planning another adventure sports seminar. The areas we are thinking about are:
Endurance Mountain Biking
Paddling Tips and Techniques
Navigation Help
The question for all of you is:
What areas would you like to hear about, and what ideas do you have to be included in the seminar?
Thanks in advance for your input.

Sorry I couldn't make the last one. Here are some of my ideas:

1. Training support personnel and how to run a transition area.

2. How to train for navigation.

3. How not to bonk!

Good luck with it. By the way, are you doing the Arkansas Canoe and Kayak race? I'm doing it with my son. 8 mile course.

Yeah, I had to work at the FD during the race for a few hours. Sorry I missed it. How about a report on the canoe race?
