Multi-Sport Racing Triathalons and Adventure Racing have been sweeping the nation at a phenomenal rate. Multi-Sport Racing is one of the few sports where just completing a race is often considered a victory. Learn all about this sport, post photos, meet potential teammates or brag about your performance in a race.

Thumbs up

We all need to wish JP luck on the Ozark Challenge this week. I'm sure he'll do well. It looks like the water levels will be low so you'll have a nice canoe drag. Be prepared for 80 degree temps during the day. Hydrate or Die!

Thanks Joe! Not sure how much I am looking forward to this race considering the pathetic amount of time I have had to dedicate to training, but I imagine that our navigation skills will make up a lot where I am lacking in athletic ability. Just call me W.L. for now... Because I am the weakest link!

Tuesday I went for a ride with Jen Foster. She is doing the race with Team Traveler. I'm just glad she was tapering. Sarah and I had a good ride at camp last week. I'm trying to push my millage up.

Got a job interview this morning and kid stuff this afternoon so probably no ride but we'll see.
