So are you getting ready for the Ozark Challenge? I'd love to train with you sometime soon. Let me know what's happenin'.

Oh, I haven't been doing SH*T! Wait, I forgot, I have been working around the clock, eating fattening meals at restaurants while at meetings, and skipping my workouts. You know I'm busy when I don't even have time to post!

Lets do something this weekend, whether my team gets together or not. I am pretty sure we will get together though. I just haven't made any specific plans. I have some volunteers from JP Fitness at the LR Marathon this Sunday, so I will probably want to go check in on them. Maybe afterwards we can get together and train.

Hey JP, thanks for the offer. I spent the weekend doing family stuff but should be ready for a ride sometime soon. Let me know if you want to do a quick ride down by the river one day this week.

JP, lets do something on Wednesday. Call me even if it's just a ride down by the river. Please, no sloth-like excuses i.e. Oh I've got to work or Erika won't let me or I have to practice my guitar...

Wednesday is out... Giving a big speech with the gov and my day will be tied up with that event. Denise and I are planning a hill drill day on Thurs, park at Alltel, ride down to the 430 hill and then ride the Overlook hill as well, then back to Alltel. We are going to do it around 9am - 10am. Let me know if you want to join us.

Thumbs up

Sounds good to me. I assume it will be on mountain bikes. I did the ride last week without the hill. The wind about killed me going up river. Let me know when to meet you.

Hey JP - Want to put together a team for this race? I have always wanted to do it although it is short I heard it is well organized and pretty much the only race going on in May.
