Wow! What an incredible night! Hazards as diverse as bass boats, mud, razor wire fencing, spiders, gnats from hell, subdivisions encroaching on the trail, rain, chiggars, poison ivy and sleep depravation. I can't wait to see JP's account.
Oh yeah, don't forget all the really bad jokes and special thanks to Sarah's friend for acting as an improptu support team.
Now if my ankles would just stop itching!!!!

He wasn't necessarily impromptu- I have to admit that I put him on notice before we left. Just in case; but he was a godsend. That was the best f*cking Snickers bar I have ever tasted. Good Job guys- can't wait to do it again.

I am really frustrated because I had almost finished a lengthy post about our excursion, and Erika had to get on the computer to do something with online banking, and when I came back it was GONE! She swears she had nothing to do with it, but I think she accidentally closed my page before I had a chance to hit the post button.

I'm in TEXAS! I hate school (except my meteorology class), it's the reason I don't rent a hotel room and stay a week.

Thanks. I'm sure that makes JP happy.
JP says--"YES! That damn kid finally got out of my house." I'm kidding. JP is the best host. You guys really have no idea how great this guy's family is to company.
But seriously, thanks. I guess I'm gonna to have to split up my time between both places (after the newest member of the Francoeur circus is born). I have to try to grace as many people with my presence as possible.
Who knows. Maybe I'll make it up there some time soon. It won't be any sooner than 3-4 weeks, though.
