Multi-Sport Racing Triathalons and Adventure Racing have been sweeping the nation at a phenomenal rate. Multi-Sport Racing is one of the few sports where just completing a race is often considered a victory. Learn all about this sport, post photos, meet potential teammates or brag about your performance in a race.

I'm thinking it'll be an easy one. Either play at Boyle for a couple hours on the bike then run around they're track; or, what I've been doing is: hitting the river trail to NLR and back, climbing overlook, riding to Forest Heights Middle School, and doing six miles on their track. It's not a significant amount of time to train in 107 degree heat tomorrow if we start early. Just let me know if any of you guys wanna go.

Sarah, I am thinking about finally taking that road bike out for a test spin. Call me if you want to do a ride. My legs are too sore for anything big though. I need to save my energy for next Friday. You ready for that, BTW?

You missed a GREAT ride yesterday. We did a 21 mile loop, about 13 of that being on the road, and 8 miles of trails. It is not technically a MTB trail, but it was a pretty technical MTB trail! Josh commented that it was like trying to learn to ski on the black diamond slopes. That just became one of my favorite new routes!
