Default Signed up for first Tri

Signed up for my first Tri. April 19th I'll be competing in the TriDeltathon Sprint Triathlon in Knoxville, TN. It should be interesting. 400 meter swim, 6 mile bike, and and 3 mile run.

With that much time to prepare I'm sure you'll smash it.

I've got a couple of buddies that are doing it as well, and they believe I'm over training. I'm actually having a good time training for this, so I'm putting a solid amount of effort into it. Mainly I'm working on swimming now, but soon I'll have start focusing on cycling.

I checked out your log. It doesn't look like you are overtraining to me.

Yeah, I'm not over training in the sense it's too much for my body. Basically I'm just taking this a good bit more serious than they are. I believe at least one of them figures he can just go out there and knock it out, without training.
