Default New Year's Solutions, Multi-Sport Style

I don't think many of the folks in the Training forum would care about our endurance pursuits, so let's post some of our New Year's Solutions here. Mine you ask?

1. Break 5 hours on the Half Ironman
2. Attend yoga once per week
3. Get my diet back in shape!
4a. PR at the 5430 Sprint this year
4b. Average a sub-6:30/mile on the run at the Sprint

I'm sure I'll have more, whadya got?

I just want to get to the Half Ironman distance this year!! (Oh, and complete the Escape from Alcatraz swim.) I think another marathon is on for me this year too.

I wanna do my first 1/2 marathon this year. I'm hoping that I can do my first 1/2 IM in 2009 or 2010. 2010 is more likely though!

HEY! You look new!! Welcome to our little group here. I like your goals. I think a half marathon is a fantastic goal this year, and from your picture there, wherever you are from looks very green and inviting to train in. Good luck, and make sure you keep posting in here to keep us up to date on your goals!!!

Yep, I'm new around here. I visit a few forums, but so far it looks like the peeps around here have similar goals, so I'll be lurking around here!

Yes, Wisconsin is very green in August. Right now, it is just a mushy mess of dirty snow. Lots of gym workouts right now.
