Default Training Quote of the Day

I need some motivation, so I'm going to make myself post a quote here daily (hopefully!)

"Just remember this: No one ever won the olive wreath with an impressive training diary."
Marty Liquori

Great idea eric. Will check in daily. I like the continous effort one. The amount of people that quit a diet after one salad for lunch and not waking up with abs or one cardio or gym session is huge. Continous effort people.

Here's my quote for Sunday, as I'll be out busting my ass on the bike in the cold tomorrow morning. Motivation, slowly coming back!

"Everybody wants to know what I'm on. What am I on? I'm on my bike busting my *** six hours a day.
What are you on?"
-Lance Armstrong

I love that Ali quote Joe, he is/was phenominal. Here's mine for Thursday.

There is nothing noble in being superior to some other man. The true
nobility is in being superior to your previous self.
