After a layoff here, and after reading the dang Off-Topic section, I figured I'd add a little content here. Hopefully everyone is ramping up to race season, I have my first race tomorrow (5K Bolder Boulder qualifier). So with that:

"If you feel bad at 10 miles, you're in trouble. If you feel bad at 20 miles you're normal. If you don't feel bad at 26 miles, you're abnormal."
Rob de Castella

Found a great quote today:

Fitting that this showed up in my inbox the morning I slept through a run. Grrr.

"The thought of later in the day having to explain to myself why I didn't run that morning is enough to get me out the door."
