Default I'm bAAAAAAAaaack!!!

Oh man, glad to be home. Nicaragaua and Costa Rica were both BEAUTIFUL, and it was a great trip. But I'm ready to be back where they don't fry most things, and I can drink the water. My body really needed 3 weeks off after the marathon, and my knee is feeling better. I'm going to take it easy on it until the beginning of the year when I can go get an MRI, but I'll still test it. Until then, swimming, biking, yoga, and lifting. I'm so stoked to be back!!! Missed you guys!!
