Default Rugged Man Triathlon

Just thought I'd drop by and post this little tidbit:

Lisa came in third in the Rugged Man Triathlon last week. This is a race out in the Ouachita mountains. It consists of a 9 mile road bike ride, a 7-8 mile kayak and a 4 mile run. Yeah, she beat me. You can read her story here. And mine.

She did this two weeks after her first 100 mile bike ride (twice the distance she had ever gone before).

Nice work, you two! Looks like a lot of fun. Kayaking seem like a nice change from swimming, too.

Now that looks like a fun tri! Especially considering I suck at swimming...

Did they provide the kayaks?
