Default I ran this morning!

First time in a loooooong time, it seems. 2.5 plodding, slow-assed miles, but I did it.

My hands were actually cold (low 50s here). Ears too. No problem, though--like I said, I was just glad to be out there.

Ruuuuuun Fish Ruuuuuuuuuuuun.

I'm still stoked for you. I went for a run right after I read that, and it's the best feeling. Just outside, free, running away from my problems. Nothing better.
