I lost too much weight during the season. I typically weigh in at about 180 or so, around 10% BF. At my HIM, I raced at 163, and about 6% BF - too skinny for me. I'd like to put on some muscle, for cosmetic and performance reasons (more power on the bike!) so I'm shooting to get back to about 180 with as much muscle as possible. We'll see how it goes, but I feel like I was much more powerful on climbs early last season. It's the old power:weight ratio that is KEY in cycling!
