Multi-Sport RacingTriathalons and Adventure Racing have been sweeping the nation at a phenomenal rate. Multi-Sport Racing is one of the few sports where just completing a race is often considered a victory. Learn all about this sport, post photos, meet potential teammates or brag about your performance in a race.
Congrats, Lisa!!! And Joe, too!! It sounds like a great day minus the rowing, although I am sure you have a great sense of accomplishment from grinding through that portion of the race.
Thanks guys. Already working on ways to make it better next year.

Yup, I feel good being able to say I did it. I really want that paddle section to be better next year so...
I've also already promised that in spite of my lack of swimming know how- it can't be much worse than that almost 3 hours of paddline so I'm going to try a "regular" sprint tri next year. Since we haven't really had the time or money for adventure racing lately, this is a good alternative...plus it means I can do it MYSELF! I like that part.
You guys are so cool.

I just stumbled across this! Sorry to take so long...
Congratulations, Lisa!
