Sorry to keep y'all waiting, it was a long day. I am still pretty tired.

I'll write you all up a proper race report.

Highlights:
Swim, probably my fastest ever. Pretty sure the timer had me at 12:48, my watch had me at 12:24. Typically I am timing the actual distance swam and not the time to walk from the mat to the pool and then out of the pool and across the next set. 12:48 msut put my time in the water at closer to 12:10 or something like that. Very cool.

T1 Sucked.

Bike was ok. It was cold and rainy, but it matters less when you are already soaked.

T2 was pretty fast, but the cold compounded my leg issues. My pace started pretty slow and was back to normal pace in about a km or so.

Over all it was a good exprience, I did not come in last, but I knew I wouldn't as soon as I got there.

I would do another one, but I would need to spend more money on better gear. At least tri-shorts, what I wore was functional, but I think they would blow pretty bad even on a full sprint length one.

Of course I was probably the only one on the course singing....

I'm on the bike, HAMMER UP THAT HILL...
I'm running fast, Like I knew I would...

While I rode the 16km.

hahha.

Og.

Sounds like it went well man. I'm glad you had a good swim, you'll have to do another one in warmer weather. I can relate with the cold weather and cold legs, as my first was very similar.

Congrats Triathlete. Hope you enjoyed it. Get some rest!!

I'll have the race report up in like 10 or so minutes.

10 minutes must be longer way up there than it is down here. Congrats Og, enjoy the rest.
