I did not berat last year's time, but there was an accident that was serious enough they diverted us two miles. I survived, but it was a really tough on ehtis year. Still waiting for official times, but I finished...and I'm not disappointed.
Wow man, those accidents are really scary. There was one in Boulder last year where a guy got pinned under a car on a really steep downhill. I think he died, and it was just freaky.
Congrats on getting the first one of the summer out of the way! Are you going to do anymore this summer?

Weather still sucks, but it did not snow, YAY! Little victories eh?
Race check in is at 6:30, and then I won't be in the water till like 10 pretty much. Oh well, plenty of time to find my way around the transition area and such I guess.
