I may need a favor from my American friends

So here is the scoop.

I believe I have been given some on-line money I can spend at a variety of stores.

One of the stores is Dick's or Sports Authority. The both sell the same blackburn basic trainer for like $150. They do not ship to Canada. I am looking for someone to act as a middle man and ship from your place to mine. I am not sure what shipping would be, but the easiest way to hadle it would be to offer $50 at Dicks or Sports Authority as well, which has to be used on-line. I am in Alberta, so someone central or west coast might be the cheapest shipping wise.

Anyone able to help? For all I know it'll end up being a scam, but it looks relatively legit to me, so I am willing to try.

I still might go with something else, but a free, even if it is low end, trainer sounds like a good bet to me...

I am hoping shipping of a trainer from US to Canada is not over $50.

Looks like I can purchase from REI.com and they will ship to Canada...

My free money isn't nearly enough for that store though.

REI is pretty expensive. See if they have any in their "Outlet store" online...

We shall see they have alot of cool stuff, the trainer is I think $10 more. and they charge shipping. You might be a good option as I could probably get away from duty that way.

I'll look into it more.
