yeah I noticed that looking at his race report from last year!

Does tapering better than me entail doing nothing next week!?

I don't have much planned for he taper, I might do a single easy run/cycle/swim.

My leg muscles have been feeling pretty tired the last week or so, hopefully going light and getting plenty of rest will do them good.

I am getting more and more nervous, actually entering something like this is such a huge step for me in so many different ways.

Looking forward to it!

Do either of you still have that song stuck in your head...days later?

Og.

Still singing....

I'll spin easy once or twice for twenty-thiry minutes. Try to get in a day or two of swimming and go for a walk every night. Stretching is a must.

Oh yeah I had that walk thought as well, maybe I'll throw those in instead of a light run next week.

Wish I had a foam roller...or a ball for that matter!

Can't speak to your medical condition, but perhaps you can buy a ball?

That being said this woman might want to sell you two...

LOL - look where this conversation went!

Walks are a good thing OG - take a bunch. Also, make sure about 3 days out, you are carrying water with you and staying hydrated. That is key to me!
