Multi-Sport Racing Triathalons and Adventure Racing have been sweeping the nation at a phenomenal rate. Multi-Sport Racing is one of the few sports where just completing a race is often considered a victory. Learn all about this sport, post photos, meet potential teammates or brag about your performance in a race.

Thanks so much! One of the things I remember from last year was how much the support people give in places like this stoked me. There are points where you think about stopping (for me, the swim in particular, and the turnaround point for the run as well) and you hear the voices of people saying, "Go FISH!" As corny as it sounds, it makes a huge difference!

Amen brother. Both in the race and in training. It's great to have complete strangers patting you on the back encouraging you as they pass (bastards!). And if I want to skip a day of training, I always have you guys ringing in my head giving me a hard time. It's GREAT to be accountable to some folks!

LOL - it's worse when they have their age marked on their calves. I hate it when the 56 year old women pass me, and then I can see what age group they're racing in as they blow by.

True enough. It's humbling but energizing at the same time. I want to be one of those old guys some day, cruising past the "kids" half my age....
