Default New strength article on BeginnerTriathlete.com

Came across this in their e-mail newsletter today.

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/cm...?articleid=691

I have looked at some "tri" specific lifting schemes and I don't remeber agreeing with their methodology at all.

But I like to share articles where the author uses such terms as "misguided" and "light weights" as well as "To this end, using heavy weights is a necessity."

I certainly don't agree with all the excercises he has included but that's largely cause you guys have all made me hate machines!

Anyhow enjoy!

Og.
