Thumbs up

Wasn't quite sure where to put this, but given his excellent prior book 'It's Not About the Bike", this seemed to be the most appropriate section.

Having read this long excerpt, it looks to be as inspirational as the first book. He has teamed up with the same writer as before.

The first chapter of 'Every Second Counts' by Lance Armstrong and Sally Jenkins

Kaiser,

I got a message that the page couldn't be displayed. I'll look elsewhere for the text but thought I'd let you know.

Works for me now... must have been a momentary problem.

Thanks!

Q (not the one in Star Trek although that would be COOL!)

Didn't work for me yesterday, but did fine this morning. Inspiring, yes! I read it with some special interest, as a survivor for over 5 years now, who can also say it turned out to be one of the best things to happen to me, But Arnstrong mentions a breakdown of his marriage, not a breakup. Is it really impossible for there to be an ordinary marriage (if such things exist) when one partner is so driven to perfection?
