Cool

Hello.

I'm writing to ask what you think about exercise and depression. Although I know that exercise is good for depression and other conditions, I'd like to learn more about the types of exercise that can be most helpful for mood disorders.

Is long, relatively slow endurance exercise more helpful than high-intensity workouts?

How does cardio work compare to weight training for helping depression?

Are there any specific sports or other physical activities that are particularly helpful?

Thanks in advance,

Steve http://www.maledepression.com

Steve: I really have no idea about what exercise benefits mood disorders most ( I have a mood disorder, they don't know what it is yet however, it's either Bipolar or cyclothimia I believe.) I will ask my psychologist about your question, I have an appointment in about 2 weeks I believe.
