Default i know ur thinking i should probably give it a rest but...

i have to ask..

IS working out so difficult?

we have joints andwe need to move them in mimic of life and all things, within their standard deviations, but experiencing all things and angles, at different points in our lives.

Is it not obvious? do we not see a hip joint and see a circle, and then movements in each of the ways, and do we not see the same in every joint?

oh i just had a revelation, it's not the obviousness of what keeps us healthy, in not stressing out, and keeping it "clean" in foods and in form while exercising as well as mental healthness/ clarity/ mental income.. you know how i meant it

its the looks we want, we have these goals, to look good, to do certain activities, to fix injuries

but never just to be healthy, mind, body, spirit

AM I JUST A FREAK? Lol...

one might say, altruism was created because we were screwed over so many times, we learned to be nice, as our form of realism

another would say we were never screwed over enough, and therefore our realism is a more aggressive one for example (there are countless examples and dont try to understand them all)

but these are both forms of realism you see, and not actual "being okay with yourself"

we all have to climb mount everest and fix our shoulder or lower our health age to be okay with ourself

which is key for our survival, but i give you a thought to consider

i dont know why or how it happened to me, but at some point i decided i was going to try something different, to get away from this constant need to fulfill ourselves and hide from.... get ready for it..... (the fear of death) which is not such a big deal...

but what happened is i ended up fulfilling myself in a different way, a way that accepted that i actually "might" have a purpose here

and in that purpose i pictured myself on top of a solid steed with a magnificent sword and battle armor, on top of a hill, overlooking my territory, in which all my people were happy, and fed, and of respect towards life and others

i dare say that the one's who appear dominant over others, are the weak ones, and who are the first to desert you in war time

it is the ones who care for others, who appear weak because of lack of aggression towards others for the sake of dominance, it is them that scream before they charge the enemy hoard, watch your back, go back for you when you are shot in the leg, run with you till the finish, and hold a moral duty to others above all else, as well as the appreciation of life.

All things are considered, and what you value, at this moment is of course of value, but I tell you it is underlined by the fundamental goal

that we should give to our clients, that we CAN give to them, and you to us, and me to you

so then we can train as we should, and they will be more happy, and yes you can say thats not what they pay for

but i work to achieve goals, and paying is a means, the result the answer.

should not we help a client have balanced goals

before we try to meet them? making this easier for everyone? not to mention, better for the world and us

i realize some wont partake in what im speaking of, and as long as they can still listen to a client's concerns that share this way of thinking, and address them, and as long as we in our more care free moments of life, where we just enjoy it, also prepare for the future, our hopes and dreams in all aspects including... get ready for it... after death, then thats great

will i lose my job if i talk like this?

I and many of us here would say "No!" In fact we would think that not working out is the difficult part. But, this is a bad place to ask that question since the people who are on this forum have already made the decision that working out isn't difficult. Ask the average person on the street and you're sure to get a different answer.

a month after you wrote this it clicked...

i think it is possible to categorize people in the aspect of motive
some people make progress to get rid of their insecurities
and some people make progress because it is oh so sweet

its a fine line getting people excited enough but not so much that they will be let down in the future...

but what about the people who are still living from fear and not the pursuit of their dreams instead, and i dare say we all here share a common good in this aspect

how do we help people in this fashion?

well its way above my head, and i suppose it's not our job or duty in life, except that we should lead by example

*shrugs just some food for thought

and i believe this thread should be under the personal training room
my apologies.

You really, really, need to work on all aspects of communication. Not just the spelling and grammar, but the organization, cohesiveness of thought, presentation, diction and phrasing, etc. So much that I could write a book on how unworthy you are of any audience.

Brad Pitt has a new movie out, "Burn after Reading." He plays plays one of those bro type PTs at a commercial chain gym. After reading your tripe, I get the feeling you may have been the basis for his character.

I'm going to move this to the Mind Body Discussion sub-forum.

That's an area where you might feel more free to discuss these types of things.

I got your PM. Don't think your insults are protected just because you took them to PM. I won't post them publicly, but they've been passed onto the mods.

You don't know me well enough to say those things. We're not friends in anyway. Nick gets to cuss me out; you don't get to say anything berating.

I care, and because I care, I don't have patience with people who don't care.

Stream of consciousness is a literary tool. In discussion, it makes you look like you're on drugs.
