i suffer from migraines that are stress related and stress release related, i have read that they could deal a close deal with the muscles in the back of you head and neck and that if they are very tight or under alot of stress they can trigger migraines, i haven't had one recently but if I feel i might get one i use a lacrosse ball and try to loosen up those muscles at the base of the skull/top of the neck
