Default Depression

My wife leaves for Bolivia today. I have read that the roads are very dangerous there. Flying is also risky in the mountainous regions. I am worried for her safety. I am also said that, because of our separation, I don't get to see her before she leaves and I can't share this with her.
I will have to find things to keep my mind busy so I will probably be doing more frequent shorter workouts and find things like books and the internet to occupy me.

Hang in there, Greg. As you know, this forum is a great place to start if you want to take your mind off things and occupy time.

What Jamie said. You know you can count on your friends here, Greg. Stay strong and focused.

Thanks. I'm going to be okay. I do believe I let this get out of hand in the past and it was a cause of my illness. I know what it is now though.

I have a friend who is from there. Yes, the roads aren't great - in places. Heck, I can drive 5 minutes from my house and show you roads that are scary.

Workout and make some time to be with your friends. When I'm feeling funky or I think I'm going into a funk I'll go out with a friend. That always lifts my spirits.

Good luck man!
