We're really going to need more info about you before we can help.
What kind of shape are you currently in?
What is your diet like?
What is your current exercise program like?
If you're not exercising yet, you need to start. It seems hard to get going, but once you do you won't feel as tired.
Give us some more info.

How much do you sleep? You can be tired from too little sleep, or too much sleep. What about your diet? What you eat also plays a factor. Make sure you're getting all your nutrients. I feel better with THROTTLE MATRIX everyday, being a graduate student, I have to put in long hours of research late at night and Throttle Matrix keeps my mind focused. Have a look at their site myochem.com. I don’t know what I would do without it.

It might be that you are over working and straining yourself and having less amount of sleep. Need to take proper diet and have a balance of all nutrients in it. Try to remain relaxed and you will see improvement in your physical state.

Well that's easy to fix. Just sleep properly on a regular schedule.
To avoid tiredness at work, drink a lot of water and split up your meals over the course of the day so that you eat less but more often.

I try to but sometimes I go for days and days, like maybe 7 days where I don't sleep and it's like I'm flying but then I crash.

Charlie, when you try to find your higher plane, you need to fly Southwest instead of American. It's so much cheaper.

Don't workout too late, avoid caffeine after 5pm, eat something containing protein before bed (cottage cheese, peanut butter, etc).

Tres,
I'm trying to get there. Southwest has been a good option, the flights have been on time. I just need more frequent flyer miles.

Once I had a short layover and a girl with one of those golf carts drove me from one gate to the other. I wouldn't have got to the other plane without her.

So you're saying I should ditch Southwest? What do you recommend? JetBlue? United? Continental?

Same question.
Again, age 41, 6'3 about 233, weightlift about 3-4 days, but VERY VERY tired, and drag.
I get about 7-8 hours sleep a night.
Eat Oatmeal with peanut butter in morning.
Almonds at desk at 10, then Salad with chicken lunch.
Normal dinner..and maybe cheese at night..
But VERY VERY tired and out of it.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I take a Multi Vitamin..
