Default Dream 9

Just finished - Wow those little guys are quick!

Side note Gegor Mousasi (sp?) is definitely the real deal - Putting Mark Hunt away that quick!?!? Puts that youtube of him rolling with Fedor in perspective!

Yeah there were some good fights, and some jokes.

Kid Yamamoto vs Warren was a great fight! Warren really brought the Couture style to Kid, an Olympic wrestler himself. Didn't look like Kid was prepared for that.

A friend of mine was there training JZ Calvan and BB Fernandes. JZ didn't look that smooth, but damn is he tough. Haven't watched Bibiano's fight yet, but I see he won.

I'd love to see JZ tango with GSP, or BJ. Both would be hard fights.

I lied - I just watched the second part - Warren was outstanding! Kid was'nt quite himself in the stand up , but he hit Warren and then got hit twice back! Outstanding! I haven't really watched the Dreams because I've never recognised the fighters before but that was a great card. Really enjoyed it.

Next round?

Dream has a great stable of fighters.

The next card
Quote:
Shinya Aoki (20-4; #1 Lightweight in the World)* vs. Vitor "Shaolin" Ribeiro (20-2)
-Melvin Manhoef (23-5-1) vs. Paulo Filho (16-1)
-Kikuno Katsunori (11-1-1) vs. Andre Amade (6-3-1)

Dream Welterweight Grand Prix Semi-Finals:
-Hayato "Mach" Sakurai (35-8-2) vs. Marius Zaromskis (9-2)
-Andre Galvao (3-0) vs. Jason High (7-1)

Dream Welterweight Grand Prix Finals:
-Sakurai/Zaromskis winner vs. Galvao/High winner
btw Mousasi is the real deal. He'll be fighting on the undercard of Fedor vs Barnett in CA August 1st. I may have to go to that one.
