Default Joel Jamieson/8weeksout

http://www.8weeksout.com/

Chaimberg has been talked about much recently(mainly due to GSP of course) but he doesn't have a lot of info out.

Joel was pointed out in that thread where Waterbury was getting eaten on the underground.

he has some interesting articles. and a small forum he is pretty active on, even follows up articles with routines on the forum.

seems to be pretty tuned into the science of training. looking through the forum he definitely has a lot to share. discussing things to put into his book and DVDs. even brought up the idea of monthly issued training vids(with subscription) and seems pretty focused on quality.

looking forward to his stuff.

I've looked at his upper body power endurance program, but haven't played with it much. The pushup progression itself makes sense, but how about balancing movement planes?
I know Joel has a lower body program going now but haven't looked at that.

His stuff is interesting so far but it's hard to judge without seeing a more complete S&C program.
