Default Ultimate Fighter Diet

I saw this on ryan baders (one of the TUF fighters) blog, and I thought it was pretty cool. It's what his strength and conditioning recommends that he eat.

Breakfast (pre-workout)
1 banana
1 cup organic oats with half scoop Jay Robb whey protein and a handful of almonds (with almond milk)

10 a.m. (before grappling)
8 oz. Gatorade
Organic protein bar or half scoop whey protein

12:30 p.m. (post grappling workout)
8 oz. Gatorade
1 scoop Jay Robb whey protein with two organic omega 3 eggs
2 scoops waxi maize (with 1 tbsp Udo's oil)

2 p.m. (lunch)
6 oz. chicken or turkey
Multivitamin
Large salad
Gluten-free pasta

4:30 p.m.
2 slices of fruit
1 handful of almonds

8 p.m.
2 scoops waxi maize with 1 tbsp flax oil
1 scoop whey protein with 1 organic omega 3 egg

10 p.m.
4 oz. lean meat, chicken, turkey
1 cup rice with greens

Yeah, the show has gotten quite disgusting this time around. I kinda just tune out until the fights come on.

I agree their antics are pretty gross, but that's what you get for eating food that doesn't belong to you.

true that. My main instructor may actually be going on TUF 9, and he doesn't watch the show, but we keep telling him he shouldn't eat anything that isn't his.
