Default Two drug test positives to be announced tomorrow

Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online -- WWE, TNA, UFC and International Wrestling and MMA Headlines - Two drug test positives to be announced tomorrow

By Dave Meltzer

Bill Douglas of the California State Athletic Commission released that B samples have been returned positive for one fighter on both the July 19 Affliction show in Anaheim and the July 26 Elite XC CBS card in Stockton.

The names will be released tomorrow after notification of the promotions and fighters. Douglas also announced Fabio Negao and Matt Lindland on the Affliction show are clear, as are Robbie Lawler and Scott Smith on the Elite XC show.

here's a list of names that have been cleared...

Quote:
Not including Lindland/Negao, here's the list I've received from the CSAC (which came in the form of three emails):

Ray Lizama
Gary Goodridge
Paul Buentello
Terry Martin
Vitor Belfort
JJ Ambrose
Mike Pyle
Mike Whitehead
Renato Sobral
Savant Young
Mark Hominick
Pedro Rizzo
Josh Barnett
Andrei Arlovski
Ben Rothwell

Those names are attached to negative drug tests related to both "drugs of abuse" and "anabolic/masking" agents. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only names missing are Justin Levens (who tested positive for a painkiller), Tim-meh, and Fedor.

Both Affliction and Pro Elite could not be happier right now.
