Default alwyn cosgrove's secrets of martial arts conditioning

i am a fan of alwyn cosgrove's work, as i am sure many of you are. i think he has a lot of great ideas. so i was particularly interested in his book about martial arts conditioning. so i looked it up. i found the book by itself for $50. then i saw that there is this package deal that includes the book plus a bunch of other stuff for $79.

has anyone read this stuff? is it worth it to get the whole package or is the $50 book enough? welcoming any input. thanks.

All that yellow highlighting and people telling me it was great convinced me that I need this for no particular reason.

There are a few people on these boards that have had good results with it - Chris Correia for one - PM him.

Honestly, a poor decision in my opinion IF you are just doing WODs. If your local affiliate actually programs based on needs/abilities then that's a different story.

I really like it. I'd pick it over crossfit, particularly if you are specifically training for martial arts.
