Default Back To Class Tonight

Last year my brothers and I started attending classes in NYC (Patchi Tanglang [anyone in NYC interested I'll give you the contact info]). Anyway I ended up having to stop going because of working at the gym. Anyway since I've gone back to working in an office for the time being and my foot is healed I figured I'd go back.

So tonight was my first night back and I had a blast. As out of shape as I thought I was I didn't seem as bad going through the conditioning things as some of the other people...Anyway I'm back to studying Xingyaquan, and excited to be going to class 2/3 times a week.

I'm looking to substitute maybe a night or 2 a week with something like muay thai as well... We'll see.

Sounds good Keith.

Is that an internal style?

I've heard of Xingyi and Tai Chi of course, but ,ust admit I haven't heard of Xingyaquan.

my instructor (student teacher who normally runs the class) was calling it xingyi, but when i looked it up last night on wikipedia it came up as xingyiquan...

anyway i'm REALLY excited about class.

i think it was just the angle of the picture.

Congratulations Keith on getting back to it. I'm glad to hear it's going well!
