Default Hughs and Lawler no longer with Militech

Ran into a tidbit in this article that said that Hughes and Lawler have opened their own gym down in St. Louis, which I find rather interesting. Also looks like Hughes and Lawler are jumping onto the bandwagon with their conditioning (tire flips, sledgehammer drills...)

Did you see Lawler's fight last night in EliteXC?

He looks like a much better fighter than when he was in the UFC. Much more patient and well rounded but still bangs when he chooses to.

I missed the fight, but I did see Gina Carano's fight :p I'd let her mount me any day.

I think that after Xtreme Couture has become a huge success everyone else wants some glory. It's a good thing though, more quality trainers/fighters in different areas.

I'd love to see an Xtreme Emelianenko near me sometime soon.
