Hey bluesrocker,
First, welcome to the forums.
I am sorry to learn about your experience over the weekend. I hope you and your friends are alright.

"I really need to learn how to fight as i get very aggressive when i drink"
Abuse of alcohol has either destroyed or severely damaged the lives of several people who are dear to me. It's a pain you probably don't want to experience, and one you probably don't want to inflict on the people who know and care about you.
Here's how I see it. If you're getting very aggressive or violent when you drink, you need to stop drinking. Learning to box or learning martial arts will not deal with the underlying problem;
it will merely add fuel to the fire. If you learn how to fight better, your drunken aggression may result in someone getting seriously injured or killed. That will wreck your music career. Don't give up your dreams, man, don't toss them away for the sake of consuming some booze. It's among the worst tradeoffs you can possibly make.
Look, if you want to be a boxer, then by all means do so. It's a great sport, an intense workout, and a helluva lot of fun. I love it. I have been training in it and competing, on and off, since I was a boy. But please, please, PLEASE deal with the underlying problem of alcohol-fueled aggression.
I'm not being judgmental, just direct. You have a dream. Go for it, pursue it, and live it to the fullest. But don't let the drink ruin those dreams for you.
This is all straight from the heart, dude. I have seen alcohol and drugs f*** up the lives of some really good people and cause misery so intense that it still shocks me and leaves me very sad.
