Awesome fight the Hendo vs Silva. Is Hendo usually a 185 fighter? Anyone want to guess how he'd fair in the 185's in the UFC?
Kuri glad to hear you had a good time.
he is/was the 183 champ. though that division isn't all that old and he fought at higher weight classes before it was established.
Dan would do good anywhere. would he be champ? idk. his wrestling matches up with Anderson but thats about it. Anderson doesn't get KO'ed and he's too technical and accurate for Dan to stand with him anyway. it was good to see Dan not doing the old LnP but against Anderson I think that would be his only chance.
boy....are we watching the demise of Wandy or what??? back-to-back KTFO's, both by guys who he outweighed! (I know that would be a cry from wandy fans who would say that crocop is a hwy). Chuck is laughing his ass off somewhere....

Man, I'm officially jealous. That was one of the best events I've seen in a while. Is that chick's voice as annoying in real life as it is on tv? lol

That's a tough call. Henderson vs. Anderson Silva would be tough. I think their odds of beating each other are pretty 50/50. Since we saw the Pride 185 vs 205...How do you think Anderson Silva would do against Chuck Liddell?
I'm wondering what happened during the Gomi vs. Diaz match. It looked like Gomi gassed early on. The fact that that wasn't a title match is pretty lame. I know they're going by American rules and it was Diaz first fight in Pride but any time a champ is fighting someone in the same weight class it should be for the title.

Absolutely! We were laughing our asses off at her caterwauling and ridiculous gestures.
She's perfect
As for Wandy I think he's on the wane. That's not to say he won't win any more big fights but I think it's taken a tole on his body. As Sakuraba would tell ya one can only take so many beatings and come back.
I wouldn't bet against Hendo or Lindland should either face Chuck or Anderson Silva. Both are tough as nails and have fairly solid striking that is only made more potent because of their ability to dominate through their wrestling game. Right out of the Randy mold.
Pitting either against Fedor, however is a whole 'nother matter as Dos said.

I'm inclined to give some credit to the "Silva was sick" camp...he looked bad rather than Hendo looking good?

I know...but Silva's footwork sucked right from the beginning and he was flailing rather than putting combinations together...he just looked off?

Yeah - he shows some real class there...he's been working on his english quite a bit hasn't he? That speach at the end was well prepared.

Wandy is what 30-31? he should be able to bounce back. he's kind of in the spot Rampage has been in. I think the CroCop fight had some lingering effects.
Chucks response at the thought of fighting a(nother) wrestler willing to stand with him: roflcoppter.
I don't like Chuck but at this point there isn't one person under the HW division I would bet on against him.
He's more man than me. I hate to see a guy lose his belt with something like that. But still, there's no shame in losing to any of the opponents he's lost to. Even Arona, boring as he is.
