Talk about your hip mobility! His shoulder stabilization routine might need some tweaking though.

I sooooo miss "Kung Fu Theater" on Saturdays. They need to bring those back.

Hell ya. I used to love Black Belt Theater and Kung Fu Theater when I was a kid. I still love the Five Deadly Venoms. That dude that played Toad actually had a pretty good physique.

And ya, that guy would be nearly impossible to submit. lol
